Landlord/Tenant Law is close to Greg Bell's heart. A bad experience with a landlord/tenant law situation caused him to consider going to law school. While at the Detroit college of Law at Michigan State University, he worked for Legal Aid of Central Michigan and the Detroit College of Law's Rental Housing Clinic. He has approximately ten years of experiencing representing both landlord and tenant rights in Disctrict Court and he takes appeals of district court decisions to Circuit Court.
