As a father of four children who has dealt with the 'teen years', Greg works well with both parents and kids. He has years of experience as an attorney helping young people find their way out of trouble so that they can move forward in life. He has worked as a lawyer in juvenile delinquency, including minor in possession (MIP), assault, CSC, traffic law, and other areas. He is experienced and compassionate. He understands the importance of guiding a family through the legal issues so that the child or teen can get any help that they need and find success in school and life. If you or your child are considered an adult by the legal system and facing criminal charges, but are under the age of 20, Greg may be able to introduce you to the HYTA (Holmes Youthful Trainee Act) program in which a young person who complies with court orders and straightens out their life may be able to have their record cleared upon completion of the program. Whether you are facing an isolated minor in possession (MIP) charge or recurring problems with the juvie legal system, our office can walk you through the entire process. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
